Sara Clark

Sara Clark is an internationally renowned yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher with a decade's plus of teaching experience. After backpacking solo through 20+ countries she now resides in the West Indies, curating retreats for Black Women to breathe and just be outside of America.

About this speaker

Yoga was introduced to Sara over twenty years ago and it changed the trajectory of her life. In 2010 Sara decided to leave her corporate career in television post-production in New York City to commit her life to studying and sharing the transformational practices of yoga, mindfulness and meditation with the world.

Now with 14 years of teaching experience, Sara is a globally recognized yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher. As a writer, public speaker, and intuitive life coach, Sara leads retreats, wellness immersions and trainings. She is also an Ayurvedic health coach and a Reiki II initiated practitioner passionate about mental wellbeing.

Sara graced the cover of Yoga Journal as well as Prevention Magazine in 2018 and appeared again on the cover of Yoga Journal in 2019. She has taught around the world as a Global Ambassador for Lululemon and is currently an Apple Music meditation teacher with over 2.9 million streams worldwide.

Sara now resides on the island of Grenada in the West Indies. She views her move to the Caribbean as a testimony to the power of manifestation which is a focal point of her work. Known for her compassionate teaching style and transformative classes, she is a guide for awakening the limitless potential of the human experience.
